Supplementary Figure 3. Histological characterization of hIL-15 NOG model. At termination, hIL-15 NOG mice were necropsied and tissues were observed for histological analyses using a scoring system of 0–5, with 0 being no inflammation and 5 being the highest level of inflammation.

Inflammation grades of tissues from hIL-15 NOG mice engrafted with 5 × 106 human PBMCs are presented here as mean ± SEM.

PBMC: peripheral blood mononuclear cell; SEM: standard error of the mean.
