Supplementary Figure 4. AgNPs induced CHOP expression in HCT116 cells dose dependently. Representative images obtained by confocal fluorescence microscopy with CHOP antibody staining. Nuclei were counter-stained with DAPI. AgNPs significantly upregulated nuclear and cytosol CHOP protein expression in HCT116 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
