Correlation matrices of anti-HA ColP-MS to precipitate HA-tagged HMG-3 or HMG-4
plotted as a heatmap, showing the Pearson correlations between control samples
and ColP-MS experiments with either DNAse or benzonase treatments. Replicate
samples of treated Colp experiments show overall high correlation for all detected
proteins prior to calculating the significantly enriched proteins.
