Downregulation of GALNT14 promotes cell death of ovarian cancer cell OVISE. (A) The cell viability assay of OVISE treated using cisplatin plus some different types of cell inhibitors, including caspase inhibitor z-vad-fmk, necrosis inhibitor necrostatin-1, autophagy inhibitor chloroquine, ferroptosis specific inhibitor ferrostatin-1. The assay shows cisplatin can induce both apoptosis and ferroptosis of ovarian cancer cells OVISE. (B) The cell viability of ovarian cancer cell OVISE by MTT assay. (C) The cell viability of ovarian cancer cell OVISE by colony formation assay. * P < 0.05
