A, RNA-FISH was used to localize the expression of LINC01133 in the BGC-803 cells (× 400), scale bar = 25 μm. B, The expression of SST bound to Ago 2 was determined after overexpressing LINC01133. C, Dual luciferase reporter gene assay was performed to detect the relationship between miR-576-5p and SST. D, RT-qPCR was conducted to measure the expression of miR-576-5p and SST in BC-8G03 cells overexpressing LINC01133. E, RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis were employed to measure the expression of SST.
