Supplementary Figure 1. The impact of Pluronic® F127 on maintaining the stability of citral. A correlation between citral stability and Pluronic® F127 concentration was found in all three tested conditions pH 6.5, pH 7.2 and PBS/FBS 50% after 72 h incubation of free citral with the surfactant.
