Supplementary Table 2

RAS index of primary tumors, normal colonic mucosa, and metastatic lesions using the RASKET kit

Tb denotes primary tumor tissue obtained before treatment by biopsy, Ts denotes primary tumor tissues obtained from surgical resection after initial chemotherapy, and N denotes normal colonic mucosa obtained from surgical resection after initial chemotherapy.

K2PC, K3PC, K117PC, K146PC, N2PC, N3PC, N117PC, and N146PC denote the control of the amplified wild-type allele of KRAS exon 2, KRAS exon 3, KRAS exon 4 (including codon 117), KRAS exon 4 (including codon 146), NRAS exon 2, NRAS exon 3, NRAS exon 4 (including codon 117), and NRAS exon 4 (including codon 146), respectively.

*G12C of the S3 sample was considered a false positive, influenced by the strong positivity of G12R.

†NRAS codon 117 and 146 indexes of the 2-RL sample were considered “unrecovered” because the measured values of the N117PC and N146PC beads were lower than the cut-off value.
